Shipping policy

We make every piece to order & ship from our artisanal studio located in Bali.

We offer free express international shipping to Australia and USA.

Please allow 15 to 30 days from the date of order to delivery. If you wish your item to get to you faster please let us know by purchasing the express shipping.

As it is postal services requirements to provide the receiver's phone number for International Registered Mail, make sure to add your phone number so we can proceed to shipping without any issue.

Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-4 weeks
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
We do best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
European residents will be charged the VAT applicable on delivery, the amount payable depends on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
