We make every piece to order & ship from our artisanal studio located in Bali.

We offer express international shipping worldwide & USPS ground advantage to USA.

Please allow 15 to 30 days from the date of order to delivery. If you wish your item to get to you faster please let us know by purchasing the express shipping.

REFUND POLICY

WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery Items must be returned unworn with all tags intact.

WE DON'T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

CONDITION OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Hand Wash & Flat Dry, or tumble dry Low Heat. Do not hang Dry!! Rayon Lycra & Bamboo Lycra are natural fibers that become quite heavy when wet & tends to loose their shape when hung to dry.

✥ Cotton Lycra and Organic cotton Items:::

Machine Wash in Delicate Cycle, Machine Dry Medium or Low Heat.

✥ Modal Items:::

Hand wash & flat dry.

✥ Silk Items:::

Hand wash with delicate soap & hang dry.

✥ Linen Items:::

Machine Wash in Delicate Cycle, Machine Dry Low Heat. 

✥ Botanical dye Items:::

Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water with pH-neutral detergent. Dry in shade, avoid direct sun. Use mild, eco-friendly soaps, avoid harsh chemicals or citrus.
